Painted Through Her Eyes

You know her name, but not her story. Inspired by the famous works of Picasso, Van Gogh, Lichtenstein, Matisse, and Michelangelo comes the retellings of Shakespeare's classic plays Macbeth, Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night, and Romeo & Juliet. These stories are told from the perspectives of Lady Macbeth, Ophelia, Beatrice, Viola, and Juliet in order to show a different perspective of the well-known stories. This project was also originally created as a way to fundraise for the wonderful mental health organization "The National Alliance on Mental Illness," the nation's largest grassroots MHO dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by mental illness.
